Jim Hennelly represents clients in the defense of medical malpractice and wrongful death claims. He represents numerous health care institutions and related staff. His experience includes defending clients in professional negligence, nursing home, long term care, tort claims and other personal injury. Jim has argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern and Southern Districts, and before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has authored various articles and spoken at numerous seminars on trial related matters.
Jim received his A.B. in 1972 from Georgetown University and later received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 1975. He subsequently clerked for the Honorable Roy W. Harper, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri.
Jim is licensed to practice law in Missouri. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, the Missouri Bar and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Jim resides in Chesterfield, Missouri, with his wife, Sally.

Karen Moske’s practice focuses on litigation and the defense of personal injury claims. She assists in the representation of clients in medical malpractice claims, negligence claims, statutory actions, intentional torts, breach of contract and other areas of litigation at the trial and appellate levels. She has lectured on numerous health care issues, including matters related to medical records, mental health providers and guardianship proceedings.
Karen obtained her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was a member and Associate Editor of the National Black Law Journal and a member of the Texas Bar Environmental Law Journal. In addition to medical malpractice defense and health care issues, Karen has assisted in representing employers in both Missouri and Illinois in the defense of Workers’ Compensation, retaliatory discharge and other related claims. Before law school, Karen was employed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, working in adult and neonatal intensive care units.
Karen is licensed in Missouri and Illinois and practices in both state and federal courts. Karen is a member of the St. Louis Health Lawyers Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. Karen resides in St. Louis.
Mark represents clients in the defense of claims for medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, and premises liability. He represents a variety of clients, including hospitals, insurance companies, corporations and individual professionals.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including pretrial matters, trials and appeals. Over the past few years, he has second chaired five medical malpractice jury trials, all concluding with defense verdicts. In addition, Mark has successfully obtained summary judgment on a number of medical malpractice cases.
Mark is licensed to practice law in Missouri and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association. Mark currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri.
